* I work remotely with clients in the Atlantic Provinces, Alberta, and the Yukon. For new clients, I offer a 20-minute initial phone consult at no charge to help determine if my area of practice might be suited to your needs, whether you feel I might be a good fit for you, and to gather information about you to build your file. Yukoners: Mental Wellness & Substance Use Services offers rapid access (drop-in & single-session) counselling and they can be reached at 867-456-3838. The Whitehorse branch of the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) also offers single-session counselling and their number is 867-668-6429. The CMHA's Reach Out Support Line is operated by trained volunteers from 2 pm - 10 pm at 1-844-533-3030.
Additionally, the following telephone services are available free of charge 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:
