For Yukoners: Mental Wellness & Substance Use Services offers rapid access (drop-in & single-session) counselling and they can be reached at 867-456-3838. The Whitehorse branch of the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) also offers single-session counselling and their number is 867-668-6429. The CMHA's Reach Out Support Line is operated by trained volunteers from 2 pm - 10 pm at 1-844-533-3030.
Additionally, the following telephone services are available free of charge 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:
